MilesBT is a technical backtesting, modeling, and analytical software tool. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial intermediary. All data, metrics, backtest calculations, and indicators provided on this platform are for educational and informational purposes only. Past backtest performance does not guarantee future financial results.
1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using MilesBT ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using the service immediately.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
When using MilesBT, you agree not to:
- Automate excessive API calls that compromise server stability.
- Attempt to bypass authentication boundaries or access other users' data.
- Redistribute, scrape, or resell market datasets from our backend.
3. Intellectual Property
The code, UI components, algorithms, and branding of MilesBT belong to us. Any custom strategies, indicators, or configurations you construct remain your own intellectual property.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MilesBT and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of capital, profits, or data, resulting from the use or inability to use this platform.
